About LawReporter

LawReporter turns real UK tribunal and court decisions into plain-English summaries. The idea is simple: the law affects everyone, but most legal information online is either written for lawyers or stripped of useful detail.

Each case page works as a story — what happened, who did what, what the legal issue was, and what the tribunal or court decided. We add a structured timeline and a "lessons" section so you can quickly take away the practical points.

Where the content comes from

Every case is based on a publicly available decision — Employment Tribunal judgments, County Court possession claims, First-tier Tribunal decisions and similar. We summarise; we don't republish the underlying judgment.

Who we are

We're a small editorial team building LawReporter as an educational resource. We are not a law firm and we don't provide legal advice. For advice on your situation contact a qualified solicitor, ACAS, Citizens Advice, Shelter, or another regulated adviser.
